Est 8:5 And said, If it please the king, and if I have
found favour in his sight, and the thing seem right before the king, and
I be pleasing in his eyes, let it be written to REVERSE the letters
devised by Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, which he wrote to destroy
the Jews which are in all the king's provinces:
Est 8:8 Write ye also for the Jews, as it liketh you, in
the king's name, and seal it with the king's ring: for the writing which
is written in the king's name, and sealed with the king's ring, may no man
reverse
There are times when things seem like they are working against us but
just in an instant, God can reverse your situation. When Esther settled to tell
the king the cry of her heart and petition of her life, she had to consider a
number of things critically;
- She is about to reveal her identity – an identity so inferior to the king’s royal line that if he had known before he probably would not have chosen her as queen
- She is about to expose the right hand man of the king
- She is about to risk her destiny
- She either receives favour or annihilation
- An irreversible law had been set in place that she had to consider
- She was about to take a stand that could cost her fame & life. She chose to stand.
God reversed an irreversible law set to destroy the Jews. God reversed the fate
of Mordecai & the Jews. If God is for you no one can be against you. It
does not matter how many enemies surround you, if He is on your side, you are
set to conquer.
The Lord can reverse any curse upon your life if you anchor. It could
have happened to your great grandfather, grandfather, father, but it does not
have to happen with you. You can stop the course. In God’s kingdom, things are
reversed:
People who lose actually win, those die actually live, the last become
first, the way up is down, the servant of all is the greatest of all etc.
Gal 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the
law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one
that hangeth on a tree:
Christ reversed the curse upon the earth because of its sin. He
became sin that we may become the righteousness of God. He became poor that we
may become rich
The Two Great
Reversals Yet to Come
1. The Meek, Lowly Shall be exalted. Great nations that refuse to bow
to Him will be humbled
2. A nameless, insignificant & faceless generation will be used
of the Lord.
