Are you connected?

Are you connected?
This month at VCC Ntinda we are taking our brotherhood to the next level.  In the book of Acts we see that the early church was birthed in unity. …so they continued daily with one accord in the temple breaking bread from house to house. Acts 2:46.

The early church did not have the fancy building like we have today but they met from house to house. It was about the people. They loved one another and lived in unity as a family. I believe that was the intention of God of how the church should be.

So here at VCC Ntinda, we realize that connecting with one another is very important. We need to us love and care for each other not just coming to church and listening to a nice sermon but getting involved in one another’s life.
We therefore have organized activities to unite us a family;
1.      Prayer cards: Before the service ends, we divide up the church congregation into groups of seven with a prayer leader. In that group they introduce each other and air out their prayer needs and eventually pray for each other.  During the week the group is encouraged to daily pray for the members on the prayer card.
2.      Seating arrangement: We are encouraged for this month to seat on the same position to get to know the members in that row for this month as we connect.

3.      Fun day: This Sunday 19th February, we have a fun day for all the church members here at the church sports center just to have fun and play games together. Do not Miss.
4.      Church Family Luncheon: Next Sunday 26th February, we are organizing a family luncheon for the entire church as we connect with each other.
All in all, Jesus COMMANDED us to love one another and live at peace with each other; will you obey him as you love his people?

 May VCC Ntinda be known as a church that is connected with each other and deeply loves one another? It starts with you.

Have a blessed day.
